What You’ll Do:

• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to delivery.
• Gain a deep understanding of the product’s business model, gather and analyze stakeholder requirements, plan detailed product specifications, and ensure the successful delivery of value-driven solutions.
• Establish product goals and metrics, leverage data analysis to evaluate product performance, and effectively communicate insights to stakeholders for alignment.
• Address daily operational requirements while continually optimizing product metrics and enhancing team efficiency.

What You Bring:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management.
• Proven expertise in developing online-offline member data integration solutions.
• Strong ability to design and manage products in collaboration with R&D teams.
• Hands-on experience in creating user interfaces and effectively articulating product concepts to cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated experience working within and managing Scrum teams.
