What You’ll Do

• Plan, design, and execute game operations activities, and analyze their performance to ensure success.
• Utilize data analysis to identify challenges and propose innovative, effective solutions.
• Lead projects, manage cross-functional communication, and foster team collaboration with strong emotional intelligence.

What You’ll Bring

• Citizenship in Hong Kong or Macau Special Administrative Region.
• Proficiency in Cantonese and fluent Traditional Chinese (speaking, listening, reading, writing, and typing).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 3 years of experience in operations or marketing (industry type not restricted).
• A passion for playing mahjong (familiarity with Taiwanese or Cantonese rules is a bonus).
• Experience in the gaming or gambling industry is a strong advantage.
