What you'll do:

• Conduct industry, target user, and competitive research and analysis to plan and manage the product roadmap and release versions.
• Promote the achievement of Sprint Goals, track product development schedules, and coordinate organizational resources to drive product iterations.
• Ensure on-time product launches and collaborate with marketing teams.
• Collect requirements from various departments (such as promotion department, risk control department etc.), analyse, integrate and transform them into product specifications.
• Collaborate with the design department to plan products, responsible for PRD writing, familiar with Flow chart and wireframe, clarify product development requirements, and communicate effectively with designers and engineers.

What you bring:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a software product manager.
• Strong interest in blockchain finance.
• Experience in building products from scratch.
• Proficiency in using project management tools.
• Practical experience with Scrum Agile.
• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear logical thinking with the ability to express thoughts and views clearly.
• Good cross-departmental communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
