What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing trends in the gaming market and conducting thorough product research. You will develop game proposals, design gameplay processes, plan functional elements, and draft proposal specifications. Additionally, you will facilitate communication and coordination between various departments to ensure the effective implementation of your plans. This role will require you to proactively address any issues or emergencies that may arise during collaboration and ensure that the final products meet the highest standards of quality.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements):
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in game planning and development. You should possess strong problem-solving skills, prioritize the quality of work output, and demonstrate careful attention to detail in handling tasks. The ability to proactively address any issues or emergencies during collaboration and ensure optimal results is essential. You must also be able to work within project schedules and fulfill project requirements. Proficiency in tools such as AXURE PR and Figma is preferred.
