Our client is seeking an EC Platform Lead to join the team. What you'll do:
As an E-Commerce Platform Lead, you will be fully responsible for the end-to-end development of our micro-services Commerce Platform hosted in AWS Clouds. You will work closely with DevOps, SRE and quality engineering teams to drive the implementation and continuous evolution of our Commerce platform. Your role will also involve people management responsibilities, including setting individual and team expectations, delegating assignments and managing performance. You will bring innovative ideas for platform continuous enhancement, drive platform commercialisation, and strengthen B2B capabilities.
* End-to-end responsibility for micro-services Commerce Platform Development hosted in AWS Clouds.
* Working collaboratively with DevOps, SRE and quality engineering teams to drive Commerce implementation and continuous evolution.
* People management responsibilities including setting individual and team expectations, delegating assignments and managing performance.
* Responsibility for AOP in Commerce Platform.
* Bringing innovative ideas for platform continuous enhancement, driving platform commercialisation, and strengthening B2B capabilities.
* Supervising project staff, timelines, and budgets.
* Fostering team collaboration with relevant technology and business functions to maximise results.
What you bring:
The ideal E-Commerce Platform Lead candidate brings a wealth of experience in development and technical management of Commerce Platforms. You have at least 8 years' experience in this field, along with 3+ years managing teams of 8 or more people. Your strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills make you a natural team leader. You have proven experience in retail business platform development and are well-versed in DDD, microservices system development with API and RESTful.
