The successful candidate will be responsible for proposing game designs, developing gameplay systems, maintaining game specifications, and enhancing user experience.

What you'll do:
As a Game Planner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's gaming portfolio. You will be entrusted with the responsibility of designing captivating gameplay systems and interfaces that enhance user experience. Your day-to-day tasks will involve writing detailed specification documents, analysing market trends, coordinating with cross-functional teams, conducting user psychology studies, tracking product data, and proposing optimisation strategies. Your commitment to continuous improvement will be key in ensuring the success of our client's gaming products.

* Propose and design engaging game products that captivate users
* Develop and maintain game play systems and product UIUX
* Write and maintain game play specification documents and system specification documents
* Analyse gaming trends and competitive products to inform design decisions
* Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth project progression
* Conduct user psychology studies to enhance user experience
* Track product data, conduct research, and propose optimisation plans

What you bring:
The ideal Game Planner candidate brings a unique blend of skills and experiences to the table. You possess a basic understanding of flow theory which informs your approach to game design. Your ability to analyse competitive products and present proposals effectively sets you apart from others. With excellent communication skills and logical thinking abilities, you are able to articulate your ideas clearly and make sound decisions. Your familiarity with prototype design tools like Figma enables you to bring your ideas to life. With at least two years of relevant work experience under your belt, you are ready to take on this challenging yet rewarding role.
