[Growing Giant] Senior Android Developer

We’re looking for a Senior Android Engineer to lead the development of a highly visible, large-scale consumer app. You will shape the mobile architecture, optimize performance, integrate advanced technologies such as AI, and foster best practices within the team.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Lead Android team in designing, developing, and maintaining a large-scale Android app

• Architect Kotlin/Jetpack Compose–based solutions with scalable, modular structures

• Drive code quality through test coverage, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing

• Collaborate cross-functionally with iOS, backend, QA, and product teams

• Explore AI applications to improve dev efficiency and feature innovation

• Mentor junior team members and promote a strong engineering culture

What You’ll Bring (Requirements)

• 8+ years of Android development experience, ideally with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose

• Experience in multi-module project design and Play Store deployment

• Strong knowledge of unit/UI/integration testing, Git-based CI/CD (e.g. GitHub Actions, Bitrise)

• Familiarity with Firebase, performance optimization, secure coding, DI (Hilt/Koin), and data storage

• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills

• Agile/Scrum experience is a plus
