iOS Lead

We are helping a technology company which focused on innovative surveillance solutions to find iOS manager, be able to lead o mobile development team. In this role, you will oversee the team, provide strategic direction, and work closely with senior leadership to drive key projects that align with our company’s goals.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

- Lead the iOS Team: Manage and mentor the mobile engineering team, enhancing leadership skills and driving team performance.

- Drive iOS Development: Oversee the development and delivery of mobile applications, ensuring high-quality output.

- Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with senior leaders to align mobile initiatives with company goals and foster collaboration across teams.

- Optimize Team Performance: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices in mobile development.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements)

- Experience: Proven experience as a Senior Manager in iOS app development with a strong technical background.

- Experience with multimedia products, including OTT, live streaming, and video-related applications.

- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to mentor and grow team members.

- Strategic Vision: Ability to drive strategic initiatives and align team objectives with company goals.

- At least two years of management experience, holding mid to senior-level positions.

- Proven experience leading teams to implement optimization strategies, including cost and efficiency improvements, with a strong ability and willingness to solve problems.

- Involvement in or leadership of teams in technical solution exploration and product architecture design, beyond just development work.

- Experience collaborating with the CEO or senior management.

- Experience working in a startup environment is a plus.

- Growth Mindset: Ambition to expand beyond the mobile team and potential to grow to a Director level.
