What you'll do:

• Develop and maintain frontend features for e-commerce/platform systems, translating requirements into user-focused solutions.
• Design and drive modular frontend architecture and shared components to ensure consistency, efficiency, and code quality.
• Implement complex interactive flows and optimise performance, usability, and accessibility across all features.
• Integrate observability tools and analytics to quickly identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
• Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, share knowledge, and collaborate closely with PMs, designers, and backend teams.

What you bring:

• 8 or more years of expertise in React or Vue with strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills, capable of building complex, stateful interfaces.
• Experienced in modular frontend architecture and SSR frameworks (Next.js/RSC) for scalable, high-quality applications.
• Product-minded with ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions for e-commerce/platforms.
• Strong communicator and collaborator, with mentoring or leadership experience to elevate team capabilities.
• Passionate about performance optimization, emerging technologies, and continuous learning, including AI-driven productivity tools.
