What you'll do:

• Develop, implement, and maintain robust web-based systems and services that meet the needs of both internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including backend engineers, designers, and product managers to design and enhance system architecture for optimal performance.
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability throughout the software lifecycle.
• Continuously optimise system performance by analysing feedback from users and adapting solutions in response to changing business requirements.
• Participate actively in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to peers while upholding best practices in frontend development.
• Contribute to the evolution of component-based design using Tailwind CSS, ensuring consistency and scalability across projects.
• Apply object-oriented programming principles to create modular, reusable code that supports long-term project sustainability.
• Engage in regular sprint planning sessions as part of an agile team, helping prioritise tasks and deliver features efficiently.
• Support deployment workflows by integrating automated testing and CI/CD pipelines into daily development routines.

What you bring:

• Proficiency in at least one major frontend framework such as Vue (Vue 3 preferred), React or Angular, enabling you to build responsive interfaces efficiently.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript ES6/ES7 features along with modern frontend development practices for creating robust applications.
• Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS and component-based design approaches that promote scalability and maintainability.
• Strong grasp of object-oriented programming (OOP) and object-oriented design (OOD) principles for developing modular codebases.
• Ability to write thorough unit and integration tests that ensure software reliability throughout its lifecycle.
• Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams using agile methodologies for effective project delivery.
• Nice to Have: Exposure to C# / .NET development which can enhance your ability to integrate with backend systems seamlessly.
• Nice to Have: Familiarity with Message Queue technologies, Redis caching solutions, and MS SQL databases for improved system performance.
