What you'll do:

• Design and develop scalable ReactJS-based frontend and Java backend systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and timelines
• Build reliable web systems that enhance development speed, flexibility, and ease of maintenance
• Balance system scalability and quality with delivery timelines
• Break down technical challenges into actionable steps and manage resources to meet deadlines
• Continuously learn and implement cutting-edge technologies to improve system efficiency and minimize errors

What you bring:

• Based in Taipei and available to work onsite one day per week
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• 5+ years of experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, and TypeScript, with a strong grasp of React core principles
• 2+ years of commercial Java development experience
• Skilled in designing responsive websites and understanding frontend-backend interactions
• Experience in testing, code review, performance profiling, and building scalable systems
