What you'll do:
As a Frontend Manager, you will be at the heart of leading a dynamic development team towards achieving digital transformation. You will be tasked with devising strategies for resource optimisation and managing challenging timelines. Your technical expertise will be instrumental in guiding the architecture, design, development, maintenance, and support of production services. You will also assess and enhance software development best practices to ensure the stability and growth of our applications and services.
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize resources, encompassing new application development, maintenance services, and human resource allocation.
- Lead the development team across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to challenging timelines and quality objectives, while implementing effective risk management measures.
- Provide technical expertise in architecture, design, development, maintenance, and support of production services.
- Collaborate closely with teams to prepare architectures, designs, reviews, and estimation guidance for business proposals, leveraging internal and external resources.
- Evaluate and enhance software development best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure the technical growth, evolution pipeline, and stability of applications and services to enhance business operations, growth, and cost reduction.
- Mentor, coach, and develop teams to cultivate the right mindset for healthy growth and development.
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline, with a minimum of 10 years of engineering experience.
- At least 5 years of experience leading application development teams, fostering a results-oriented culture emphasizing teamwork, respect, excellence, integrity, and accountability.
- Proven track record of leading sprint planning sessions for multidisciplinary teams, from strategy and concept to successful product implementation.
- Demonstrated critical thinking abilities, with the capacity to analyze information accurately and make informed decisions.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
- Possess business acumen, a service-oriented mindset, and a growth mindset to embrace challenges and changes.
