What you'll do:

  • Develop and maintain consistent, high-quality visual assets that elevate the brand image across all customer touchpoints, ensuring every interaction reflects the organisation’s values and vision.
  • Plan creative strategies that align with global brand direction while thoughtfully adapting them for the unique preferences of the local market.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including product, marketing, and engineering—to bring the brand to life through cohesive storytelling and engaging design.
  • Lead iterative improvements on landing pages, websites, and customer-facing experiences by leveraging data insights to inform design decisions and optimise user engagement.
  • Design and execute experiments such as A/B tests and creative iterations to continually enhance campaign performance and drive measurable results.
  • Build and manage a creative roadmap that supports sustainable long-term growth for both brand awareness and design excellence within the region.
  • Own the end-to-end process of campaign visual design, from initial concept through refinement based on performance data and user feedback.
  • Champion best practices in digital design while staying attuned to evolving trends in both local culture and global markets.
  • Ensure all creative output meets high standards of accessibility, inclusivity, and cultural relevance for diverse audiences.
  • Foster an open environment for sharing ideas, encouraging input from team members at all levels to achieve shared goals.

What you bring:

  • At least 7 years of proven experience designing for brands or marketing campaigns within fast-evolving industries or agencies; your portfolio demonstrates impactful work across multiple channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to build or lead brand campaigns through thoughtful visual storytelling that drives engagement and strengthens brand recognition.
  • Expert proficiency in industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite or Figma), coupled with strong skills across both visual and digital design disciplines.
  • Deep understanding of local design preferences and cultural nuances within Taiwan; you are adept at translating these insights into creative concepts that resonate authentically with target audiences.
  • A collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal communication skills; you thrive when working closely with cross-functional partners to achieve shared objectives.
  • Strong creative thinking abilities paired with an experiment-driven approach; you are comfortable designing tests (like A/B experiments) to optimise performance based on real-world data.
