What you'll do:

As a UI/UX Design Team Leader, you will be at the forefront of creating exceptional user experiences for cutting-edge AI & AR technology. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting UX design and research, managing projects, designing app and web UI, performing competitive analysis, and monitoring trends. You will also conduct brainstorming sessions, pitching ideas across functions involving PM, RD, and executive levels. Applying Design Thinking and User-centered design methodology within your team will be crucial. Furthermore, you will play a pivotal role in mentoring your team members and providing them with valuable design coaching.

• Conduct UX Design and Research
• Manage projects effectively
• Design App and Web UI
• Perform competitive analysis and trend monitoring
• Conduct brainstorming sessions and pitch ideas cross-functionally
• Apply Design Thinking and User-centered design methodology within the team
• Mentor and provide design coaching to your team

What you bring:

As the UI/UX Design Team Leader, you bring a wealth of experience in UX/UI design along with proven leadership skills. With over 10 years of solid UX/UI design experience under your belt, you are familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect, Figma ,Proto Pie or any other prototyping tools. Your 3+ years of UX/UI team management experience has equipped you with the ability to mentor others effectively while maintaining excellent English communication skills.

• 10+ years of solid UX/UI design experience
