What You’ll Do

• Statistical Modeling & ML: Develop and implement advanced statistical methodologies and machine learning models to address core business challenges.

• Insight Generation: Analyze large, complex datasets to identify hidden trends, consumer patterns, and specific opportunities for product improvement.

• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to translate analytical findings into concrete suggestions for product optimization.

• Data-Driven Culture: Act as a key consultant for product teams, providing the evidence-based insights necessary to steer product direction and strategy.

• Continuous Optimization: Monitor model performance and refine analytical frameworks to ensure the highest level of accuracy and business relevance.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven Track Record: At least 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, modeling, or a high-level analytical role.

• Technical Proficiency: Expert-level command of R (core requirement), with Python proficiency considered a significant advantage.

• Database Mastery: Strong experience with RDBMS and the ability to write complex, efficient SQL queries.

• Mathematical Foundation: Deep knowledge of statistical theory and modern modeling methodologies. A Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or CS is highly preferred.

• Communication Skills: The ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively across departments.
