Taiwan’s leading fintech innovator, is seeking a visionary Data Director to lead their Data Applications Department. This pivotal leadership role oversees both the Data Engineering and Data Analytics teams, bridging the gap between robust infrastructure and data-driven business growth.

What You’ll Do

• Strategic Infrastructure: Architect and maintain the enterprise Data Lake, Warehouse (DWH), and real-time streaming systems, ensuring high availability and scalability.

• Engineering Oversight: Supervise data cleaning, transformation, and integration processes while establishing "DataOps" mechanisms, including pipeline monitoring and CI/CD.

• Decision Support: Lead the creation of core metrics, BI dashboards, and A/B testing frameworks to drive product, operations, and marketing strategies.

• Data Governance: Establish company-wide standards for data definitions, permission management, and quality control to ensure a "single source of truth."

• Team Leadership: Manage a multi-disciplinary team of Data Engineers, Analysts, Scientists, and BI specialists, defining technical standards and career development roadmaps.
