What will you do:

NLP research scientists will play a central role in this role, not only integrating state-of-the-art natural language processing technology into existing products, but also designing and developing high-performance system architectures to support diverse application scenarios. You will deeply participate in the requirements analysis and technology implementation process of key projects, while continuously paying attention to the latest research trends in NLP and LLM, seizing every opportunity for technological innovation. In your daily work, you need to write clear and understandable technical documents and actively participate in cross-departmental collaboration meetings to ensure the smooth progress of the project. Additionally, this role places a special emphasis on multilingual capabilities and the design of solutions for the globalization of platform and gaming businesses. • Integrate NLP and LLM technologies into existing products to improve functional performance and optimize user experience.
• Design and develop NLP systems, algorithm prototypes, and complete pipelines to ensure smooth product implementation.
• Lead or actively participate in the requirements analysis of key projects, responsible for technical evaluation and implementation.
• Continuously track the latest research progress in the fields of NLP and LLM, and introduce relevant results into product application scenarios.
• Write detailed technical documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and facilitate communication and collaboration among teams.
• Work closely with cross-departmental teams such as engineering, product, and design to jointly drive project progress and achieve goals.

What you bring:

As an NLP research scientist, your professional background will be an integral part of driving AI technology into practice. Whether you're from industry or academia, you need at least three years of hands-on NLP experience to be up to the challenge. If you have experience in applying large language models (LLMs) or agent systems, you can play an important role in the product development process. Additionally, familiarity with mainstream model architectures such as Transformer, BERT, and GPT, as well as proficiency in TensorFlow / PyTorch and Python, are essential for successful execution of various tasks. This position also welcomes talents with master's degrees or above in information engineering, mathematics, computational linguistics, etc.; If you are a master's or doctoral graduate, you need to have a record of publishing papers and good reading habits to stay sensitive to the latest technological trends. Those with a PhD or experience in publishing top-level NLP papers receive additional points, while familiarity with Hugging Face, spaCy, OpenAI APIs, and cloud deployment skills can help teams quickly adapt to different development environments. If you have worked on projects in the fields of multilingual processing, gaming, or customer service AI, you can help your company expand its international market territory. • At least 3 years of practical experience in NLP, whether in industry or research field, acceptable; If it is a research background, it is necessary to attach a paper or published information to support professional ability.
• Experience in large language model (LLM) or agent system applications, including practical experience in RAG architecture.
• Familiarity with mainstream model architectures such as Transformer, BERT, GPT, and attention mechanisms, and relevant practical experience is preferred.
• Proficient in TensorFlow or PyTorch deep learning frameworks, as well as Python programming language proficiency.
• With a master's degree or above in information engineering, mathematics, computational linguistics, etc., you can be competent for complex technical challenges.
• The recommended age is 30 to 40 years old, but if you are a master's or doctoral graduate, you need to have a record of publishing papers and a lot of papers every week.
• Additional points are awarded for those with a doctoral degree or experience in publishing top-level NLP papers, which helps enhance the team's research depth.
• Familiar with tool platforms such as Hugging Face, spaCy, and OpenAI API, and practical experience is preferred.
• Experience in cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure) can help the system run stably in diverse environments.
• Those who have participated in projects in the fields of multilingual processing, gaming, or customer service AI are preferred, which can help promote the internationalization of products.
