[Leading EC] Data Manager

We’re hiring a Senior Manager of Data Analytics Architecture to lead a high-impact data team supporting millions of users. You will oversee data quality management, model development, and modern data stack architecture—empowering business decisions with clean, governed, and actionable data.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Define and implement enterprise-wide data quality and governance standards (e.g. GDPR, CCPA)

• Lead development of predictive models and real-time analytics to support marketing, risk, and customer strategies

• Champion modern data architecture leveraging AI/ML, Lakehouse, and cloud-native tooling

• Evaluate and adopt tools like DBT, Airflow, Great Expectations, and DataHub

• Manage and mentor a cross-functional data team, ensuring scalable project delivery and technical growth

What You’ll Bring (Requirements)

• Deep experience with data governance frameworks (e.g. DMBOK, ISO 8000) and data quality tooling

• Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and large-scale data processing

• Knowledge of data architecture technologies: Snowflake, Spark, Databricks, Data Lakehouse

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Strong leadership, cross-team collaboration, and business communication skills
