What you'll do:

• Manage the CTO’s schedule by organising appointments, coordinating meetings, and ensuring all engagements run smoothly and efficiently.
• Represent the CTO during internal and external meetings by clearly communicating key decisions, capturing essential outcomes, and diligently following up on agreed actions.
• Monitor progress of cross-departmental and external projects to ensure they remain aligned with overall company objectives and timelines.
• Oversee project timelines by conducting risk assessments, tracking deliverables, and preparing comprehensive reports for executive review.
• Handle confidential information with utmost discretion while organising executive meetings and ensuring all decisions are well-documented and executed promptly.
• Utilise project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello to optimise workflows and enhance team productivity across various initiatives.
• Design engaging presentations that synthesise complex information into clear, logical formats suitable for executive audiences.
• Facilitate effective communication between teams by acting as a central point of contact for coordination and information sharing.
• Support workflow optimisation efforts by identifying process improvements that contribute to operational excellence.
• Demonstrate flexibility and reliability when responding to high-pressure situations or rapidly changing priorities.

What you bring:

• A minimum of three years’ experience as an executive assistant or project manager within a fast-moving environment where attention to detail is paramount.
• Background in Data Science is preferred; candidates with strong Site Reliability Engineering or Database Administration experience combined with leadership exposure are also encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello along with familiarity in optimising workflows for maximum efficiency.
• Demonstrated skill in designing professional presentations that distil complex information into logical narratives suitable for senior stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication abilities enabling effective cross-border collaboration with international teams.
• Flexibility and dependability when managing competing priorities or responding to urgent requests under pressure.
• Resourceful approach to problem-solving coupled with sound judgement when making recommendations or taking initiative on behalf of executives.
