[International Tech] Data Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join a high-impact data team supporting a large-scale trading and exchange platform. The role focuses on building a reliable data infrastructure and driving data insights that empower both business and engineering teams.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python and SQL.

• Support analytics and data visualization initiatives for exchange and trading data using Tableau or similar BI tools.

• Collaborate with product, data, and backend teams on database design, performance optimization, and system integration.

• Ensure high data quality, accuracy, and system performance across platforms.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior data engineers.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements)

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data engineering or backend development.

• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.

• Familiarity with Tableau or other BI visualization tools.

• Experience with crypto, trading, or high-frequency data systems is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication skills; Mandarin-speaking leadership, English-speaking candidates with strong technical ability are also welcome.

• Candidates with prior China resource background are preferred.
