What You’ll Do

• Lead a team of data scientists and engineers in AI/ML R&D initiatives

• Drive innovation through proof-of-concept (PoC) projects in smart healthcare and federated learning

• Collaborate cross-functionally with business units and subsidiaries to build impactful models

• Guide technical roadmap and mentor junior members

• Develop distributed algorithms and deploy them in real-world environments

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in data science or AI-related roles

• Proven leadership in managing technical teams and delivering successful projects

• Proficiency in Python, Linux systems, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)

• Strong technical foundation in machine learning or deep learning
