We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer interested in recommendation systems to enhance our platform’s user experience and drive business growth. This role involves working with large-scale datasets, developing cutting-edge machine learning models, and optimizing algorithms to improve content recommendation and monetization strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize recommendation algorithms to enhance user engagement and platform personalization.
• Work with large-scale datasets to build robust machine learning models for content ranking, recommendation, and personalization.
• Design and implement end-to-end analytical solutions that are scalable, reliable, and efficient.
• Prototype and deploy ML models in production, continuously monitoring and improving their performance.
• Research and develop new algorithms and optimization strategies to improve ad targeting and content delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields, with a focus on recommendation systems.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with at least one other mainstream programming language (Go, Java, C++).
• Strong experience in data analysis, visualization, and SQL.
• Solid understanding of statistical and machine learning models.
• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks and deploying ML solutions for training, tuning, and inference.
