Business Analyst

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Lead system analysis, specification writing, and business requirement gathering for insurance platforms.

• Design test cases and oversee documentation for system implementation.

• Coordinate project timelines and manage communication across departments.

• Clarify and integrate data transformation rules for system migration.

• Support new product launch by analyzing business needs, planning workflows, and managing testing processes.

• Take ownership of project deliverables as a product PIC (person-in-charge).

• Design and analyze cross-module functionalities within life insurance systems.

• Participate in test planning and ensure quality standards are met.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements)

• At least 5 years of experience in insurance process planning or core system implementation.

• Strong knowledge of system integration and project lifecycle management.

• Ability to work independently under pressure and communicate effectively.

• Familiarity with life insurance workflows and systems (2+ years preferred).

• Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented mindset, and presentation abilities.

• Proficiency in SQL is a strong advantage.
