Data Analyst (Tableau)

Our client is looking for an experienced, data-savvy Project Manager to join a team dedicated to optimizing technical support systems and improving the user experience. • Manage project timelines, testing, releases, and ongoing performance evaluation.

• Report project progress and insights regularly to leadership.

• Promote teamwork and leadership within the team while maintaining a positive and collaborative work culture.

• Stay updated on project management best practices through continued learning and industry events.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements)

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or a related role.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making.

• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Project, Tableau, SQL, Superset, CRM systems, and technical support platforms.

• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

• Bonus: Experience with Linux/Windows command line, Apache, Nginx, and SSH key configurations.
