Data Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in digital transformation, is seeking an experienced IT professional with strong expertise in data platforms and business intelligence. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly capable individual to serve as a key liaison between business and IT, driving data system performance and supporting enterprise-wide analytics initiatives.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Maintain and support data warehouse or data lake systems, leveraging platforms such as Apache Doris, Cloudera Data Platform, Tableau, Kafka, or Qlik Attunity Replicate.

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in at least one analytics platform or technology.

• Analyze business requirements, translate them into actionable user stories, identify dependencies, define user personas, and set clear acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bridge IT and business needs.

• Establish and improve IT-BI services while mentoring team members on best practices in business-IT collaboration.

• Lead change management activities and provide operational support with minimal supervision.

• Drive process improvements and contribute to ongoing service enhancement initiatives.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements)

• Minimum of 7 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years focused on maintaining and supporting data platforms.

• Proven expertise in one or more analytics platforms (e.g., Apache Doris, Cloudera, Tableau, Kafka).

• Strong skills in business analysis, process optimization, and enterprise change management.

• Demonstrated ability to define user needs, develop solutions, and manage the delivery lifecycle.

• Solid collaboration skills with experience working across departments and functions.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
