What you'll do:

As an AI Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's technological landscape. You will be responsible for coordinating communication across various teams, nurturing talent within your own team, and establishing a positive and productive culture. Your role will also involve managing the efficiency and quality of system/project development, allocating resources effectively, reviewing and optimising development processes, and recruiting new talent when necessary.

Your ability to convert business requirements into system functionality requirements is second-to-none. Your understanding of big data storage platforms like Hadoop, Hive etc., coupled with your background in machine learning or statistical analysis makes you an asset to any tech-focused team.

• Ability to plan and execute enterprise-level technical architecture
• Ability to convert business requirements into system functionality requirements through induction, reasoning, and derivation
• Experience leading teams, implementing projects, and operating organisations; proactive, willing to accept challenges, quick to respond, high stress resistance and sense of responsibility
• Understanding of big data storage and computing platforms including Hadoop, Hive, Sqoop, Spark etc.
• Background in machine learning or statistical analysis with project or research experience
• Sensitivity to trends and techniques in big data analysis; ability to plan business scenarios, technical architecture, data governance to achieve departmental and business unit objectives
