This role involves researching and applying cutting-edge AI technologies, including Generative AI (GenAI), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and LLM fine-tuning, to drive AI-powered solutions in the banking industry. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize ML, DL, and statistical models for various applications.
• Drive AI adoption in business scenarios by developing GenAI-powered solutions, including RAG workflows, vector knowledge retrieval, and prompt engineering.
• Research and implement emerging data modeling technologies for practical applications.
• Design and execute end-to-end data solutions, supporting data transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure high-availability AI services, with on-call support when required.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of statistics, machine learning, and deep learning theories, with hands-on experience in real-world projects.
• Experience in GenAI development, including prompt engineering, advanced RAG architecture, and LLM fine-tuning.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Familiarity with Linux development environments.
• Experience using Git for version control.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Hands-on experience in data visualization.
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, and Hive.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of Graph AI, NLP, or recommendation system algorithms.
• Experience in MLOps is a plus.
