Key Responsibilities

• Develop machine learning and deep learning models for financial applications, including business problem definition, model architecture planning, data preprocessing, feature engineering, and performance evaluation.
• Work primarily with structured data, supplemented by unstructured data, and establish automated data pipelines to ensure consistency in model development and deployment.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate AI models into CTBC Bank’s internal systems and continuously monitor model accuracy and performance.
• Develop scalable and reusable algorithms, standardizing AI model development processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in machine learning/deep learning model development with structured data.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and PySpark, with a strong understanding of data pipeline concepts.
• Passion for data analysis, data engineering, and AI-driven problem-solving.
• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Proactive, resilient under pressure, and able to present model projects effectively.
• Experience in graph theory, graph storage, or data science competitions is a plus.
• Senior candidates should have experience in leading AI model development projects and managing end-to-end execution.
