Data Engineer

What you’ll do (Responsibilities)

1. Develop model feature databases using internal and external datasets, collaborating with IT to collect critical data and optimize computation performance.
2. Research and compute data features based on business needs to enhance data value.
3. Lead the development of system architecture for automated machine learning model deployment and iteration (MLOps & Auto-Retrain).
4. Co-develop and implement data products in collaboration with machine learning teams and business units.
5. Collaborate with IT to deploy data products into production for real-time service delivery.
   
   

What you’ll bring (Requirements)

1. At least 2 years of experience in data-related programming.
2. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and PySpark.
3. Passion for data engineering, feature engineering, and data product development.
4. Experience in planning and implementing data pipelines.
5. Strong learning ability, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present model projects effectively.
7. Proactive, resilient, and capable of managing application system projects (senior roles only).
