- Experience leading teams, implementing projects, and operating organisations; proactive, willing to accept challenges, quick to respond, high stress resistance and sense of responsibility
- Understanding of big data storage and computing platforms including Hadoop, Hive, Sqoop, Spark etc.
- Background in machine learning or statistical analysis with project or research experience
- Sensitivity to trends and techniques in big data analysis; ability to plan business scenarios, technical architecture, data governance to achieve departmental and business unit objectives
