What You Will Need:

Basics:

• Proven seniority in people management, complex and global project management, and full P&L responsibility

• Experience in global, technology company

• Proven and strong leadership track record (participatory, strategic, transformational, and coaching style)

• Proven record of meeting or exceeding performance objectives (revenue targets, pipeline targets, etc.)

• Experience in simulation, data analytics, enterprise computing products and services is a plus

• Flexibility, agile and willingness to keep learning and the ability to adapt with humbleness and resilience in rapidly changing business environment

• Demonstrate high levels of integrity and honesty

What You Will Do:

Operational budget management

• Establish, implement, and communicate strategic short- and long-term business plan and strategy.

• Define and communicate operating budgets and create detailed annual business plans. Seeks organization’s stakeholder alignment to achieve business plan as one winning team.

• Collaborate with executive leadership, regional and other Altair country leaders, vertical leaders to meet local and company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on commercial sales and customer projects.

• Ensure that monthly, quarterly, and annual targets are met in terms of revenue, profit, and financial and legal compliance.

• Be accountable for personnel and facilities planning, skills & capabilities development and costs.

• Represent the company’s brand, culture and values. Represent the company with key clients, stakeholders and external organizations & academia.

• Officially communicate outside the company as authorized leader and spokesperson.

• Create a high-performing culture where employees are engaged, connected to Altair’s vision and strategy, and self-motivated to execute and achieve the business plan.

• Define and ensure recruiting needs in accordance with the business plan.
