What you'll do:

- Collaborate closely with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams to define, monitor, and continuously improve Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for critical production services.

- Continuously enhance automation processes for service maintenance and operations, streamlining workflows to boost efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Oversee task management processes as well as product release cycles, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software releases that meet stakeholder expectations.
