The company provides professional services to specialized professionals across industries, leveraging technology and AI to enhance workflows and deliver actionable insights. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and execution. As CTO, you will oversee a team of 40+ engineers and product managers, driving innovation in SaaS and AI solutions, ensuring scalability, and aligning technology with business objectives. You will work closely with the executive team in the US to define the company’s technical vision, build high-performing teams, and deliver products that shape the future of our industry.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s technology strategy in alignment with business goals.

• Lead and inspire a cross-functional team of 40+ members, including software engineers, AI specialists, and product managers.

• Oversee architecture, infrastructure, and product development for SaaS platforms with AI-driven capabilities.

• Ensure best practices in software development, DevOps, security, and scalability.

• Collaborate with executive leadership on product roadmap, innovation initiatives, and market differentiation.

• Build and maintain a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI and SaaS technologies to enhance product offerings.

• Represent the technology vision to internal stakeholders, clients, and potential investors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.

• 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5+ years in senior leadership roles (Director, VP, CTO, or equivalent).

• Proven track record of managing large technical teams (40+ members), including engineers and PMs.

• Strong background in SaaS platforms and working knowledge of AI technologies (ML, NLP, data infrastructure, or similar).

• Expertise in building scalable cloud-based systems (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent English is required (written and spoken).

• Experience working with US-based teams or in global environments is highly preferred.

• Previous experience serving professional services for specialized professionals is a plus.
