Your background includes architecting complex systems at scale—particularly within cloud environments—and leading teams through periods of growth or change. You are comfortable working with technologies such as Golang, gRPC, Python (as a plus), relational databases like PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis caching layers, SQS/RabbitMQ messaging queues, and large-scale data pipelines. You excel at communicating technical concepts clearly across teams while remaining adaptable when faced with uncertainty.   • Minimum six years’ experience in software development with proven expertise in web services and RESTful API design over five years.

  • Proficiency in Golang and gRPC; additional experience with Python is considered beneficial for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Comprehensive understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL, caching mechanisms like Redis, and message queue technologies including SQS or RabbitMQ.
  • Advanced skills in data modelling, synchronisation strategies, and building large-scale data pipelines for enterprise-grade applications.

  • Familiarity with AI-driven approaches for enhancing programming efficiency or code quality is advantageous but not mandatory.
