• Lead and inspire a growing team of over 30 engineers across backend, frontend, QA, and DevOps disciplines, ensuring each member feels valued and supported in their career journey.

What you'll do:

As Vice President of Engineering based in Taipei, you will be at the heart of a talented engineering department tasked with delivering innovative solutions at scale. • Guide and nurture a diverse engineering team of more than 30 professionals spanning backend, frontend, quality assurance, and DevOps functions, ensuring everyone works together harmoniously towards common goals.
