What you'll do:
As Vice President of Engineering based in Taipei, you will be at the heart of a talented engineering department tasked with delivering innovative solutions at scale. Your day-to-day will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Product Management and Design to translate ambitious ideas into reality. - Guide and nurture a diverse engineering team of more than 30 professionals spanning backend, frontend, quality assurance, and DevOps functions, ensuring everyone works together harmoniously towards common goals.

What you bring:

- Hands-on familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban alongside practical experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for streamlined deployments.

- Fluency in English is required for effective communication; proficiency in Mandarin would be considered an asset for engaging more broadly within the company.
