The successful candidate will have a strong background in web application and large e-commerce website product development, with experience in SaaS systems or travel reservation services being a plus.
What you'll do:
- Guide the team to ensure product development meets standards and quality.
- Develop technical roadmaps and strategies, ensuring technological choices align with business needs.
- Create and maintain a positive working environment, inspiring creativity and potential in team members.
- Establish effective communication and collaboration mechanisms to foster cross-department cooperation.
- Recruit, develop, and manage the R&D team, ensuring they possess excellent technical abilities and a collaborative spirit.
- Oversee product development progress, ensuring high-quality products are delivered on time.
- Ensure operational stability of the product and familiarity with DevOps technologies to maintain and enhance the infrastructure.
- Implement testing strategies and tools to ensure product quality meets standards.
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a field related to information technology.
- Over 5 years of experience in web application and large e-commerce website product development.
- Experience with SaaS systems or travel reservation services is a plus.
- Over 3 years in a technical management position, with actual experience managing an engineering team of more than 12 people.
- Experience with the Scrum development process and practical experience in technical team performance evaluation.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent written and oral communication, and the ability to quickly and effectively solve problems.
- Proficiency in DevOps practices, with a strong focus on ensuring system reliability and operational efficiency.
