What You’ll Do

• Lead large-scale business analytics, R&D, and application projects aligned with the bank’s transformation and digital business strategies.
• Manage and develop a business analytics team, setting annual strategic goals and ensuring effective cross-functional communication and resource coordination.
• Design and implement optimal team structures, manage personnel, and nurture talent to boost performance and professional growth.
• Translate business analysis needs into actionable plans and innovative business models to drive customer value.

What You’ll Bring

• Extensive experience in financial business insights and end-to-end customer analysis across banking product lines.
• Proven expertise in large-scale project planning and management, with a proactive, adaptable approach to challenges and strong resilience under pressure.
• Demonstrated leadership with excellent EQ, communication, and team management skills.
• 10+ years of analytics and planning experience, with 5+ years in a managerial or project management role.
• Proficiency in English (TOEIC 850+ preferred) and hands-on experience with SQL and Python; PMP certification is a plus.
