What You’ll Do

In this role, you won't just write code; you will evaluate trade-offs and shape the architectural future of the platform. Your responsibilities include:

• Architectural Design: Design backend systems using "Infrastructure as Code" (IaC) principles to ensure maintainability and scalability.

• Database Management: Lead Database Schema Design to support complex data structures.

• Quality Engineering: Write clean, efficient, and highly maintainable code while conducting thorough Code Reviews.

• System Optimization: Enhance and optimize WordPress architectures and develop robust internal systems.

• Business Impact: Implement flexible technical solutions to achieve evolving business goals.

What You’ll Bring

Core Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years in DevOps or Backend development.

• Framework Mastery: Proficiency in at least one Server-side framework (e.g., Egg.js, Rails, Laravel) with a deep understanding of its underlying design patterns.

• Language Versatility: Strong command of at least one backend language: PHP, Golang, or Node.js (TypeScript).

• Technical Foundations: Familiarity with Linux environments, RESTful API design, and Database principles (MySQL, MongoDB, or Postgres).

• Mindset: A proactive learner who stays ahead of emerging technology trends.

Bonus Points:

• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.

• Proficiency in automated testing (Unit/Integration Testing).

• Experience with Docker, K8s, and building CI/CD pipelines.

• Proven track record in designing Scalable Systems.
