What will you do:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be deeply involved in the comprehensive development process of the Fajin OPEN platform, not only proposing the best solution for business needs but also responsible for every detail from system design to post-launch maintenance. In this role, your day-to-day work will include requirements interviews, project management, technical specification writing, and leading new colleagues to quickly integrate into the team. In addition, you will actively participate in vendor management and code review to ensure smooth external collaboration. At the same time, this position emphasizes cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, allowing you to act as a bridge within diverse teams and jointly promote the successful implementation of projects. By continuously learning the latest technologies and applying them to your microservices architecture and DevOps processes, you will continuously enhance your value and contribute more to your organization.

• Responsible for demand analysis, system design, software development, and daily operation and maintenance operations related to the OPEN platform to ensure the stable and efficient operation of the platform.
• Conduct project management according to the needs of business units, including requirements interviews, analysis, and writing detailed business specification documents to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
• Lead the education and training of new business or new system operations, provide technical support after launch, and help new information personnel familiarize themselves with business functions.
• Assist vendor management, including technical specification writing, communication and coordination, and participate in code review to ensure program quality.
• Perform application system software testing, troubleshooting, and modification to improve system reliability and user experience.
• Integrate and utilize DevOps tools (such as Jenkins, SonarQube, etc.) to optimize the development process and improve automation and delivery efficiency.
• Participate in the design and deployment of microservice architectures, making good use of Kubernetes, docker, and other technologies to improve system flexibility and scalability.
• Collaborate across departments to facilitate effective communication between information teams and other units to jointly achieve complex project goals.

• English communication skills can meet the needs of international cooperation or diverse team exchanges.
• Experience in microservice development, including but not limited to Kubernetes, docker, service mesh and other technical applications.
• Familiar with the integration and use of DevOps-related development tools, such as Jenkins, SonarQube, Junit, NUnit, Jira, Confluence, Git, and Maven, etc., to effectively improve the level of development automation.
