What will you do:
As a Software Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the information department, not only assisting supervisors in planning and driving various system development projects, but also leveraging your technical background and communication and coordination skills to lead the team through the entire process from requirements interviews to online and maintenance. In your daily work, you will be responsible for the maintenance and optimization of existing systems while actively seeking innovative solutions to meet changing business needs. In addition, this position also emphasizes effective management of outsourcing companies and the formulation of strict development specifications to ensure project quality. Through continuous talent cultivation and performance management, you will lead your team to grow together and realize your self-worth in a stable and challenging environment.
- Assist the head of the Information Department in planning and executing system analysis, program development, and related business management work to ensure the smooth progress of various projects.
- Responsible for the daily maintenance and optimization of existing systems to ensure uninterrupted business operations and data security.
- Guide team members through programming, architecture design, and testing processes to improve the overall technical level of the team.
- Manage outsourced vendors and development commission cases, including demand communication, progress control, and quality acceptance.
- Formulate and implement relevant regulations for system development to ensure that all projects comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Actively evaluate and introduce new technologies and tools to enhance the efficiency and innovation capabilities of the information department.
- Supervise the accuracy and timeliness of system architecture analysis, design, data processing, and other work within the department.
- Responsible for team attendance management and performance appraisal, creating a good atmosphere of cooperation and promoting talent growth.

- Graduated from an information-related major at university or above, with a solid theoretical foundation and practical experience, and experience in the retail industry is preferred.
- More than 10 years of experience as a software development technical supervisor, familiar with SA/SD/PG and other related processes, and more than 5 years of experience in demand interviews and system design analysis.
- Proficient in mainstream development tools and frameworks such as SQL, C#, .NET, JAVA, PYTHON, MVC, and VUE, and can independently solve complex technical problems.
- Possess high emotional intelligence (EQ), stay calm under pressure and handle emergencies appropriately, effectively supporting team operations.
- High degree of cooperation and coordination and communication skills, able to cooperate across departments and integrate different opinions to reach a consensus.
- Possess good negotiation skills to effectively manage outsourcing vendors and third-party partners, improving project execution efficiency.
