What you'll do:

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will play an integral role in managing the day-to-day activities of the Warehouse Management System team in Taiwan. Your responsibilities will include acting as the primary point of contact for all matters related to WMS service delivery, ensuring that all processes align with established IT policies. You will collaborate closely with colleagues in China and other APAC regions, providing expert support during migration projects and system integrations. • Oversee the daily operations of the Taiwan Warehouse Management System (WMS) team, ensuring high service levels and compliance with IT policies.
• Act as the Service Owner for WMS in Taiwan, taking responsibility for maintaining system performance and reliability.
• Support major WMS migration projects by implementing global solutions and collaborating with regional teams to ensure seamless transitions.
• Provide second-level support for various warehouse management systems by working closely with support teams based in China.
• Execute daily monitoring tasks and maintain accurate records to ensure smooth system operation and prompt issue resolution.
• Coordinate with customers and internal operations teams during project implementation phases to guarantee successful outcomes.
• Analyse requirements for new accounts or enhancements, performing basic configuration of WMS as needed.
• Participate actively in system integration testing during both initial implementations and subsequent enhancements to ensure robust performance.
• Assist with EDI requirement analysis to facilitate effective data exchange between systems.
