- 15+ years of experience in robotics, autonomous systems, or AI-driven automation
- Master’s/PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Expertise managing a small team of SW and FW developers
- Superior working knowledge of ROS/ROS2 frameworks
- Strong programming skills in C++, Python, and embedded development (RTOS, FPGA, microcontrollers)
- Experience with SLAM, computer vision (OpenCV, TensorFlow), and sensor fusion (LiDAR, IMU, cameras)
- Proficiency in simulation tools such as Gazebo and PyBullet
- Advanced written and verbal English language proficiency
