What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Engineering Director/Manager role will bring substantial technical leadership experience and a strong track record of driving engineering excellence.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

8+ years of technical leadership experience, including at least 3 years in a Director or Senior Engineering role.

Proven expertise in managing and scaling engineering teams, including recruiting, mentoring, and retaining top talent.

Strong background in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps practices, agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.

Solid experience in platform architecture, infrastructure deployment, and application lifecycle management.
