We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Java Backend Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is key in developing, testing, and maintaining backend systems that support our technology-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-performance backend solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and microservices using Java and related technologies.
• Collaborate with front-end engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery of new features.
• Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability while troubleshooting issues in production environments.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices for code quality, maintainability, and security.
• Engage in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies, proposing innovative solutions to improve system architecture and functionality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Java Backend Engineer or in a similar role with at least [X] years of experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and backend frameworks such as Spring Boot.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).

• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
