[ Crypto Exchange ] Sr. Java Developer / Tech Lead

My client is a crypto exchange. They are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of high-performance, scalable, and reliable backend systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize backend architectures that support both B2C and B2B business models in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• System Development:
  • Collaborate with teams to design and implement scalable backend solutions based on business requirements.
  • Develop, test, and deploy high-performance, reliable backend systems.
• API Development:
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
  • Design and maintain RESTful APIs to support web and mobile applications.
• Performance Optimization:
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in backend systems.
  • Optimize database queries and caching strategies to improve system efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Java backend development.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures, message queues (MQ, Kafka), and caching solutions (Redis).
• Understanding of distributed systems and Java concurrency.
• Experience in fintech, blockchain, Web3, or trading platforms is a plus.
