Our client is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Java Engineer to take on a dynamic role involving analysis, design, coding, testing, and documentation. In this position, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of junior developers, manage task assignments, and conduct code reviews. Additionally, you will provide SIT/UAT/PROD support and apply best practices and industry standards in software development.

What You Will Do

As a Senior Java Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Performing analysis, design, coding, testing, and documentation
• Assisting in evaluating technical feasibility
• Developing software modules and components based on specifications
• Leading a team of junior developers, handling task assignments, and conducting code reviews
• Installing and configuring software systems
• Resolving customer support tickets, diagnosing issues, and providing solutions or corrective actions

What You Bring

We are looking for a Senior Java Engineer with:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java application development
• Strong understanding of OOD, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience in Java technologies, Spring framework, API, RESTful services, JUnit
• Front-end development experience is a plus (Angular, React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, or similar JavaScript frameworks)
• Proficiency in software engineering tools, including IDEs, debuggers, and version control systems such as GitLab, Git, Maven, JIRA, Confluence Wiki
• Experience with databases such as SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or similar technologies
