Responsibilities:

As a Java Architect, you will oversee the end-to-end design and implementation of systems, from analyzing requirements to creating scalable and robust technical solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the architecture aligns with business goals and address any performance or scalability challenges. Proficiency in microservices architecture, distributed systems, and database optimization is essential for this role.

• Lead system architecture design and technical solution development using the Java technology stack
• Analyze and evaluate business requirements to design efficient, reliable system architectures
• Develop and maintain core services, resolving performance bottlenecks and driving continuous improvements
• Guide the team in technical implementation, including code reviews and problem resolution
• Design and optimize SQL-based databases, ensuring effective data modeling and storage structures
• Create test plans to validate functionality and performance requirements
• Provide technical support and guidance throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and integrate them to enhance system capabilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the system meets evolving business needs

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years of Java software development experience, with at least 3 years in architecture or system analysis
• Proficient in Java core technologies (e.g., Spring Boot, Spring Cloud) with hands-on experience in microservices architecture
• Strong expertise in SQL and database design, with a focus on optimizing large-scale data processing
• Familiarity with distributed systems, messaging middleware (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), and related technologies
• Excellent communication skills and a track record of cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
• Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to deliver independently
