What you'll do:
As the Asia Operation/ Quality Head, you will play a pivotal role in driving our client's business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the Asia operation or act as the Global Quality Head. You will lead a team of professionals, ensuring that all operations adhere to the highest quality standards. Your strategic thinking and leadership skills will be crucial in developing and implementing strategies for operational efficiency and quality improvement. Furthermore, your ability to collaborate effectively with other departments will ensure alignment of objectives and goals across the organisation.

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Asia Operation/ Quality Head position brings a wealth of experience in semiconductor operations, specifically with at least 15 years of hands-on experience. You have solid experience in quality engineering, including CQE, SQE and PQE. Your fluency in English enables you to communicate effectively within an international environment. As a leader, you are known for your strong leadership skills and your ability to work well within a team. Your strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities set you apart from others.
