What you'll do:

• You will perform system-of-systems integration, troubleshooting, and verification testing to ensure seamless operation of products within customer platforms.
• You will manage client and platform integration processes, addressing technical challenges and providing effective troubleshooting support throughout project lifecycles.
• You will develop comprehensive systems-related documentation that supports both internal teams and external clients in understanding integration procedures.
• You will provide support to platform and client OEMs during the integration of specialised SoCs and cards, ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies.
• You will coordinate closely with internal systems, hardware, and software product design teams to facilitate efficient communication and project execution.
• You will collaborate with customers and external teams to resolve integration issues promptly, maintaining high standards of service delivery.
• You will participate in regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss progress, share insights, and align on project goals.
• You will contribute to the development of system concepts of operations and use cases that guide successful implementation strategies.
• You will assist in troubleshooting complex integration issues by conducting root-cause analysis and recommending effective solutions.
• You will maintain detailed records of integration activities, supporting continuous improvement efforts across the team.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) fields combined with at least five years of relevant experience unless local regulations state otherwise.
• A solid understanding of system engineering processes that enables you to contribute meaningfully to integration projects.
• Proven experience in software development as well as integrating various interfaces such as I2C/I3C, SPI, PCIe, USB, SPI/eSPI, GPIO/SGPIO, Ethernet among others.
• Demonstrated ability to develop system concepts of operations along with practical use cases that inform project direction.
• Hands-on experience with system integration activities including rigorous testing protocols.
• Expertise in troubleshooting complex integration issues through thorough root-cause analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence which support collaborative project management.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills that foster clear understanding between team members and clients alike.
