About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing / Lead to take a leadership role in defining product strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving market research efforts in the IoT and semiconductor industry. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by leveraging your expertise in IC design, product development, and market analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in IC design and development flow, coupled with exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Development:
- Define product specifications aligned with customer needs and applications.
- Work closely with R&D, engineering, and business teams to develop innovative IoT solutions.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Analyze trends in the IoT and semiconductor industries to guide strategic decision-making.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Gather inputs and requirements from engineering, sales, and customers to shape product roadmaps.
- Ensure product alignment with broader business goals and market demands.
- Technical Expertise & Decision-Making:
- Utilize in-depth IC design & development flow knowledge to drive product innovation.
- Provide insights into Memory requirements, Memory controllers, and IP synthesis flow (preferred).
- Communication & Leadership:
- Effectively communicate product vision and strategy across global teams.
- Lead and mentor a team to ensure seamless execution of product marketing initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in the IC industry, preferably in product marketing or product management.
- Technical Expertise:
- Advanced knowledge of IC design & development flow.
- Experience in defining product specifications and leading cross-functional teams.
- Communication & Leadership:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to present complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Strong understanding of the IoT market and Memory requirements.
- Familiarity with Memory controllers & IP synthesis flow.
- Strong presentation skills to convey ideas effectively.
